Imelba, I find your advertisement interesting....
I have always thought, I need some good advise to take the next step.... though I have been trying to get on with things by going out and looking... I need to know how to best spend my money...
I have much equity in the homes I own presently (several multi families) but I do not want to use it all in one place.... and i want to go big... 15 - 20 family or there abouts.... what i need most is advise on how to make a deal.... with less money down, assuming present mortgages, etc....

I am looking to own in a few months from now, what i am looking for is a multifamily unit which can offset some of my mortgage, Also I am looking for a handy man in which i can fixed the way i want it, prefered areas are in the bedstuy, bushwick and other areas with the exception of eny and brownsville.

I got a question for you.
If an agent is working with you in buying a house are they required to tell you how long a house was on the market and how many contract fell through and what price were they offered.
