I know the media as usual is saying the market is bad and you shouldnt buy......so when should you buy when everything is good...in real estate there are 4 cycles and this cycle is for the buyers ......you want to buy when the house prices are low because what goes down must come up.....I know people are also thinking well the prices are still high what you are not realizing that some of the house prices are low ....for example a 3 family in ENY Brooklyn could have sold last year and years before for almost $700s but due to the real estate market subprime issues they are now selling in the $500s so if u buy now you will now that in a couple of years the house will be worth again in the $700s and you will make your money back ................so do not think because the house is not selling in the $300,000 its not a deal .......do you homework
